At Alpha to Omega Precision Industrial Maintenance (“Alpha to Omega”), we will utilize key performance Indicators (“KPI”) to track our progress while also utilizing the KPI data for continuous improvement opportunities.
We pride ourselves with providing quality workmanship each time we perform services. However, the absence of KPIs leave us with the inability to track with subsequent measurable action items so it’s difficult to understand what potential gaps and deficiencies require action.
Some of our KPI tracking will include the following:
- Safety first! Our goal is “zero” first aide cases, incidents, or lost work time injuries – both in our home shop and at customer premises
- Commitment meeting customer turnaround times and expectations
- Reworks with goal of “zero” reworks related to Alpha to Omega’s warranty criteria
- Improvement initiatives recommended with measurable goals to track progress
- Management of change implementations stemming from equipment evaluations (components, completed equipment redesigns, etc.)
- Problem solving events initiated with measurable goal tracking stemming from equipment and process system collaborative evaluations
- Company training and continuous education completed (adapting to evolving technology to best prepare ourselves for optimal customer assistance with needs)
- Overall customer service satisfaction
Our primary objective for all services we provide – whether shop repairs, field service, or advisory based – is to meet our customers’ objectives from a safety, timing, and quality standpoint.
When Alpha to Omega completes services, our intent is to assure the critical equipment assets for which we perform repairs are properly commissioned and, subsequently, operate for the full term of the OEM equipment life expectancy.
We value our customers and firmly believe that our “do it right the first time” approach will be efficient, effective, and greatly benefit our customers.
